As for our food, it is simple. However, even our grilled cheese sandwiches are made to a high standard of quality. Our breads are made in-house, with all natural ingredients.
As for our cheese, we have many Canadian, Local and Organic cheeses to satisfy your palate. Vancouver Island and the interior's cheeses are made to an extremely high level of standard. Smoked cheddars and organic grass-fed spiced gouda are some of BC's finest. Quebec also is a rich source of wonderful cheese from right here in Canada, including an organic raw milk blue cheese.
